Delete your Live Society account
You can request deletion of your Live Society account and associated personal data. We also plan to ship an in-app deletion option.
How to request deletion
- Email support@livesociety.app from the address on your account.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request.
- Include the email you use to sign in, and the community name if you know it.
What happens next
We will verify that you own the account, then delete or anonymize personal account data within 30 days. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example Stripe payment history). Content you posted inside a community may remain available to that community’s operators as operational records, similar to messages in a shared workspace.
